India's Daughter, Mother, Sister or Woman

I watched the video and was shocked. First of all I don’t know the reason why Indian government banned it but in my point of view it an unbiased analysis of the whole situation from the rape case to Indian culture and women’s roll it Indian culture. It was just series of facts and interview. I ask everyone to give one hour of your time to this video. Watching this video a series of “what if” occurred to me.

What if the while making the law during the construction of constitution women and week were given extra care and protection?

What if women’s all over the world have protested for injustice at the very beginning when it all started?

What if law was already strong and properly influenced?

What if not a single criminal was allowed to get away from the very start?

What if the court wasn’t biased toward the rich and powerful?

What if the education was given equally to everyone?

What If sex education was made an important and necessary part of curriculum?

What if Indian society was not so blind by a myth that it’s so great and ideal?

What if instead of holding on to old and rotten thoughts we had accepted that the world has changed?

What if government was able to provide good facilities to everyone so that an eleven year old boy doesn’t have to run from home and become a seventeen year old rapist?

What if every child boy or a girl brought up equally?

There are a lot of what if in my mind right now. One thing remain the same. At some point of life somehow a man intentionally on unintentionally ill-treated a women. I know I have. I admit it and I apologies for it. But when a man who is already in death row for rape and murder doesn’t seems to have any regrets. It’s a horrible situation. He said all he did was to teach the girl a lesson. That women should not wear a certain type of clothing’s they should not go out of house after a certain time. We people of India talk about so proudly of our culture our heritage. Well all your culture have done for society is keep people from changing and keep half of the population in misery. I read two article on same day one was about vishwa hindu parishad or the VHP announcing that they won’t let girls wear jeans and make dupatta necessary for every college and school. And on the other article Pope decide to help children slaves to child labor. I gave this example because Indians have habit of blaming influence of western culture. The truth is we don’t know anything about them. When even the lawyer of the both side of the case talk same way as the rapist. And one has guts to say that he would publicly burn his daughter alive if she doesn’t follow the so called Indian tradition. Why are people like this have some say in society. Why aren’t they punished for talking like this on public? So that no one will dare speak like this in public. The right time for change was the first time a man try to molest a woman. now its too late but we still have to change.

Who asked these people to put their honor in a woman virginity? As all human being a woman should decide what she want to do, when she should get married, to whom she should get married,  what she should were, when and with whom she should sleep with it has to be her and her choice only. What other could do is suggest. But the last decisions should be her. Everyone stop forcing your methods your choices on other everyone is free. Everyone has right to be free.

All banning the video will do is stop people from talking about all these issues.

Judgemental people of this world

We have all seen someone judging someone else. For the people who judge people without knowing the whole story i have few things to say. Folks first take a good look at yourselves. And second go and talk to the person you are judging he/she might be better than you. Their is another version of it. I like to call it mass judging where a group of people had made a thought about another group of people and funny thing is they don't know a thing about each other. All Indian judge western people to be culture less to have no honor and all Western people think every Indian is poor and dirty. Most of the world think all Muslims are terrorist. All these are just my observations. And as we all know most of the Indian can't tell name of five country in the west. And Western haven't seen one present or India. And if the whole one billions of Muslim were terrorist we would have our third and fourth world war by now. All i am trying to say is that without knowing the whole story we go and judge people in one single look. As someone said don't judge the book by it's cover. This kind of nature is separating mankind. It's big obstacle in the path of peace. Everyone on this earth should learn about every religion every culture and every country. Children should be taught not to judge people. Treat everyone equally cause as i always say discrimination and inequality can only give birth to hate. And people can't live in harmony if the hate each other.

Have you ever been in situation where someone said to you 'जानता है मै कौन हु"(do you know who i am). Well what are you going to do about it. He/she probably a rich person with a lot political influence and a normal person won't be any match for them. Well something i want to say to rich people. I don't care what you do inside the walls of your house you may be sleeping in your bed made of gold or eat with silver utensils or use thousand rupees note as wall paper. But when you are in public stop behaving like you are God. Like you are the reason for everyone's existence. You are no better than anyone like everyone else you have same human body parts. Its not like you were genetically engineered in some laboratory to be better than anyone else. You are not to be treated as any different just because you live or born in a different place. There are many example of rich people living a normal life. Mr. Warren Buffett once the richest person still in top five richest persons donated two third of his wealth to charity that's about 3.084 billion dollars that's about ₹191506993800. Founder of Facebook Mr. Mark Zuckerberg didn't own a house until he got married he goes to a stall to eat food like normal person. There are many example like this. Why some people discriminate people on the basis of money. If you own more than other you should be helping the one in need instead of being another problem in their life. As i have said a lot of time as long as there is any kind of discrimination the society is already doomed. When something separate people doesn't give them equal right it spread poison in people's heart and increase hate. And hate is the enemy of any civilized society. People in society can either happy or discriminative. People can either be equal or fighting with each other. I hope someday reading this changes someone's way of living life. Treat everyone equally. No one is better or worse than anyone.

WOMEN AND THEIR POSITIONS IN SOCITY

There are seven billion human beings on this planet. It has been about two hundred thousand years since human came into existence. Since then we have come so far, from caves to fully automatic houses. From horse carts to supersonic jet planes. We have civilizations, democracy, globalization liberalization and a lot more. Still half of the population of is treated as second class citizen in our so called modern society. Until 28 November 1893 women were not allowed vote. 28 November 1893 free New Zealand became first country to give women right to vote. Over the year the society has found new ways to mistreat women. Few days ago there was a terrorist group gave justification about raping women they keep as hostage. A news from a state of India where a lower cast girl was raped for trying to drink water from a place which only so called upper cast can use. Gang Rape of a girl ordered by Khap for marrying to a person of other cast. Someone slapped a television actress for wearing short cloths. The incident of miss treating women are common all over the world. I am giving an example of India since I am more connected to it. And I know more about it than other places.

What kind of modern society is this where half of the population can’t wear what they want, Can’t marry to whoever they want, a girls will is crushed as soon as she attain some conciseness as she is chained. In India most of the couple keep having kids until they have a boy to continue their so called legacy. In poor families girl child is not fed properly until she suffer from malnutrition and finally die. As aborting a girl child is illegal so they give birth to her and starve her to death. There was used a device in Europe few centuries ago that could be used as underwear which had lock to prevent women from cheating on their husband. Women has been subjected to this cruelty since the very start of human race.
So what’s wrong? It’s not like that they are less in numbers. I don’t know what make a man feel he is superior. One reason I feel is that a girl and a boy both are raised differently. A boy is raised with a feel of superiority on the other hand girl child is raised to serve this superior feeling of man. If a girl stand up to this she is considered characterless. If will to study instead of marry at early age, wear some comfortable cloths is considered characterless then most of the men should be considered the same. But the rules are different for men and for women.
We are knowingly weakening half of our population. If all this continue it will soon will have disasters result which will not be good for human kind. Discrimination only generate hate and what kind of world it will be if half of the population hate the other half. And hate only brings destruction. if we are supposed to advance we need to take everyone just one half can’t do it alone for long. Equality and respect are the only things that can keep peace. The way we are living we are bound to doom ourselves.
